Natural History Museum of Utah Programs Families

Join the Natural History Museum of Utah for these fun, free and exciting programs this summer at the library.

While the exact number of volcanoes is unknown, there are about 1,500 volcanoes on land that are known to be active. Come join your friends with the Natural History Museum to put the "pressure" on volcanoes at the Herriman Library on Wednesday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m.

What are chemical elements and what happens when they collide? One answer is Fizz, Boom, Chemistry! We'll provide the lab coats if you provide the junior scientists at the Millcreek Library on Thursday, August 14 at 11:00 a.m. All programs are appropriate for families.
