One blood pressure monitor per library card
The County Library is lending a limited number of Blood Pressure Monitors in order to improve health outcomes in our communities, and in partnership with the SLCO Health department, as high blood pressure is one of the major health disparities in the valley.
The Library System is offering the monitors as a courtesy. Staff do not give medical advice to patrons. Reserve a blood-pressure monitor today.
Equipment and all peripheral materials (cords, case, etc.) must be returned together in the condition in which they were checked out and on the same day the monitor is returned.
Troubleshooting the device:
- Power off (wait 15 minutes) and then restart the device
- Check or replace the batteries
- Charge the device
- Try a different charging cord if the device is not charging when plugged in
- Power off then restart the device
- If necessary, contact the County Library for further help
