  3. Living Books Library @ the Viridian 3/28/2015

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Viridian A, B & C: First impressions can be deceiving, and sometimes you have to "open" someone up to hear their stories. Join us for the second annual Living Books Library program at the Viridian Event Center on Saturday, March 28 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Living Books are volunteers you “borrow” who share stories about their personal experiences. You can schedule 15 minute conversations to learn more about the individuals in your community. The unique idea to host a program where patrons check out humans has grown into an international project to promote compassion, understanding and conversations between people of all kinds. You can come anytime during the event, and if the person you want to chat with is unavailable you can place a “hold” to talk with them next.
