The Viridian Event Center is a stimulating and proud new addition to Salt Lake County Library Services.   Located on the south side of Veterans Memorial Park and just west of West Jordan City Hall, we share the facility with the West Jordan Library and Salt Lake County Library System’s administration.

The Viridian Event Center is a multi-use event space with endless event potential.   The center is designed to accommodate events produced by the Salt Lake County Library Services, Salt Lake County, local government entities and organizations and as a rentable resource for local events.  It brings a whole new world of possibilities ranging from author presentations, music and concerts, movies, festivals, fairs, meetings, conferences, galas and more.  A large multipurpose room can be divided into three sections creating more intimate spaces or left open for larger functions. The building lobby functions as a pre-event space. An outdoor amphitheater is adjacent to the multipurpose room. A 30 foot glass door opens up, connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. Behind the scenes we have a wonderful catering kitchen and easily accessible staging areas including a loading dock.
